Since the establishment in 1992 , the Hong Feng Abrasive Company (short named Hong Feng) , headed by Mr. Guo Feng, general manager, has been striving to expand its overseas market share for the products of the Brown Fused Alumina Abrasive. In 2000, Mr. Guo Feng founded the Luoyang Hong Feng Abrasives Co., Ltd, which was formerly known as the Luoyang Hong Feng Refractories and Abrasives Co., Ltd. To adapt to the needs of the market, the Luoyang Hong Feng New Abrasives Co., Ltd was set up in 2004 to develop and manufacture new variety of grinding materials.
After decades of unremitting efforts, Hong Feng possesses a comprehensive production system that includes a corundum smelting system, screening production system, the ceramics coating and processing system, and a high-temperature treatment system for abrasive grains. Hong Feng now has developed a series of complete abrasive products including the brown fused alumina, the white fused alumina, the zirconia fused alumina, the ceramics coated abrasive grains and the blue-fired grains. Hong Feng’s newly developed abrasives are used in the global production of super-thin cutting discs, heavy-duty abrasive belts, oversized heavy-duty grinding wheels, and wear-resistant coatings for composite flooring.
As an eco-friendly company with a series of environmental protection devices installed on its production lines, Hong Feng is rated as a Class-A enterprise of national environmental protection.
